Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom. 

We hope to expand internationally in the future, so do keep checking back.  If you have interest for a particular territory, please do get in touch with us at hello@handbookfortoday.com.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which should also be within this timeframe.

Our standard delivery is via Express / First Class mail, with delivery estimated for 1-2 days for the UK and 3-4 days for the US, after we have provided your order to the logistics provider.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.  We currently offer FREE shipping for orders over $35 (UK £30). 

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@handbookfortoday.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount (and we will pay for the return shipping). Please see our Refund Policy for full details.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@handbookfortoday.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
